Stratus - Update Credit Card

If a payment fails or the method of payment needs to be updated

  1. Log into your customer account at webscale.com/stratus/magento/customer/account/login/.

  2. Go to Billing and scroll down to My Payment Profiles.

  3. Click Add Payment Method.

    Note that an existing payment method may not be edited. To update a card, you should add a new payment method, then re-assign the new method to the billing profile).

  4. Enter the card information.

  5. Click Submit to save the card information.

  6. Find the appropriate Service at the top of the Billing screen.

  7. Select the new payment profile under Billing Profile.
