Cancelling Stratus Service

To cancel an existing Webscale STRATUS service

Log into the MageMojo customer account and place a ticket with billing.

Please refer to the Master Services Agreement if you are on a yearly term.

Any cancelled service will be shut down the following night. Data will be immediately eligible for deletion. We make no guarantees of data retention after the moment a cancellation is submitted. Please ensure that all necessary data and backups have been completed before cancelling.

If the server is needed to the end of the billing period, please do not cancel until just before the next payment date.
