Build a custom PHP image for an Essentials server

build-php-image

Description

This command applies only to the Essentials tier. Higher tier environments use CodeDirect to create container images and deploy them on clusters.

This command takes no arguments and uses /etc/php/image/Dockerfile to build a custom image for the stack. Once complete, the dev command will utilize the custom image, as will php-fpm after a restart.
