Stratus HTTP Monitoring

Criteria

Webscale STRATUS has active HTTP monitoring for sites if they meet the following criteria:

The domain exists in the [URLs](/docs/reference/stratus/control-panels/domains/urls/ “Urls Control Panel”/) panel of the Webscale STRATUS environment panel.
The domain is on a production Webscale STRATUS environment, i.e. not a development environment. Development domains are not monitored.
A valid [SSL](/docs/reference/stratus/control-panels/ssl-panel/settings/ “SSL Info Panel”/) is applied that covers your domain.
MageMojo have been granted Google Analytics access to validate session usage. Nonvalidated domains are not monitored.
The domain is not behind a proxy service like Cloudflare or Sucuri.

Webscale also monitors the root domain, and accept redirects to avoid duplicate alerts. www.example.com is not directly monitored, but example.com would be and, if redirected to www, the last redirect status code is recorded.

Stratus MySQL Alerts

These queries are proactively killed to protect a store from downtime.

If a store has any query running for over an hour
If there are 5 queries running for more than 10 seconds

The alert will contain the queries that were active at the time.

Common Issues

Below are some common issues seen with Magento databases. Please back up a copy of the database before performing any recommended fixes shown or contact MageMojo Support for assistance.

Stratus Cron Alerts

Excessive crons are proactively killed to protect a store from downtime. If the store is Magento 2, please be sure that the MageMojo Cron module is installed.

Stratus High CPU Alerts

The percentage of the allowed limit will be included. To maintain accessibility to your server, Webscale STRATUS will restart services on your store.

Stratus High Swap Memory Usage Alerts

The amount exceeded will be included in the alert.

Stratus High Load Average Alerts

Stratus High Input/Output (I/O) Volume Alerts

To maintain accessibility to your server, Webscale STRATUS will terminate this activity.
