V4 bug fix: egress proxy fails https
The host ca-certificates file was updated at system startup depending on egress proxy configuration. However, the file was not mounted into containers, leading to the origin certificate authority being untrusted. This release ensures that the host ca-certificates file is mounted into containers on V4 web-server images.
