Changes
V4: Add share target capability
Previously, a share element in a stack variable is in the form
source, where source is a subdirectory relative to /share/www. With
this release, a share element now has the form source[:target],
where the target specifies a relative or absolute path where source
is mounted in a container. When a target is relative, it will be
mounted relative to /var/www/.
V4: Allow specification of relay.handler
This release also corrects a problem where specifying relay.handler
with any value would run it outside of a container as though the value
php-fpm were specified.
